The Monday recap is an email on Starter and up. It covers the last full Monday to Sunday week.
- Calls by outcome and the follow-ups still waiting for you.
- An estimate of booked work from the average job value you entered (Starter and up). It is labeled an estimate.
- Questions the receptionist could not settle that week, most-asked first, so you can teach it the answer (Growth and up). It does not write answers for you.
- A link to sign in to your dashboard.
It goes to the first alert address in Setup. If it does not arrive, see email alerts missing.
