Caller lists are on Starter and up. They live in Call rules, under Caller lists.
VIP numbers
- VIP numbers ring your phone first, every time (on plans with put-through).
- One per line, like: 5715550123, Name. Up to 50.
- Use it for family, a key supplier or a customer who always gets you.
Blocked numbers
- Blocked numbers are refused before the receptionist answers.
- One per line, like: 5715550199, why you blocked it.
- This is your own list. It is not a shared database of spam numbers.
Returning callers
An optional setting greets returning callers by first name. With a customer list, it can also know their last service.
