On Starter and up. You decide which prices your receptionist may give.
- Open Setup, then Prices.
- Enter up to 15 services, each with a price or a range.
- Save.
- Callers hear the price as an estimate, with a note that the technician confirms the final price.
- Anything you did not enter is never guessed. The caller is offered a call back with a quote.
- If you enter nothing, the receptionist quotes no prices.
It does not calculate quotes from job details, add tax or travel fees, or give binding quotes.
