On Growth and up. If you already have an FAQ on your website, paste its text and we pick out the questions and answers. You review them and keep the ones you want. Nothing is saved until you confirm.
- Open Improve, then Import answers.
- Copy the text of your FAQ page and paste it.
- Review the questions we found. Untick any you do not want.
- Confirm. The saved answers are used on every call.
- You can keep up to 20 saved answers. An answer longer than 400 characters is cut.
- We never visit your website. You paste the text.
- Nothing updates when your site changes. Paste again if you change the FAQ.
- The Improve page also lists questions the receptionist could not answer, so you can add an approved answer.
