Founding customers

Be one of our first 10 paying customers and lock your price for 12 months

Pick a paid plan as a founding customer and its monthly price stays the same for 12 months from your first paid invoice. Start on Free, hear it on your own calls, and move up when it earns it.

10 of 10 founding spots left. We count a spot when a founding customer's first paid invoice goes out, and we update this number by hand, so it is always true.

The terms, in plain words

What you get

  • A 12-month price lock. The monthly price of the plan in your proposal does not change for 12 months from the date of your first paid invoice.
  • Month to month. You are not committing to stay. Cancel any time, with no cancellation fee. If you cancel, the lock ends with the plan.
  • Everything else is the same as every customer. The same plans, the same included calls, the same extra-call prices written in your proposal, the same terms. The lock covers the monthly price only.
  • Changing plan. If you move to a different plan, that plan's published price applies from the move.
What we ask

A review, only if you want to

Founding customers are asked (never required) for a short written review and permission to use their story. Say no, or do not answer, and nothing changes: your price lock and your service stay exactly as they are. We publish nothing about you without your written OK of the exact words.

Plans it applies to

Today's paid plans

  • Starter: $297 a month, 150 calls included
  • Growth: $497 a month, 300 calls included
  • Scale: $999 a month, 700 calls included

Prices shown are the plan prices today. A founding customer keeps the price in their proposal for 12 months. Full plan details and extra-call prices are on the pricing page.

How it works

Three steps

  1. Start free and hear the receptionist on your own calls.
  2. When you want a paid plan, email hellocallkettle@gmail.com or call (571) 290-8908 and say you would like the founding terms, while spots remain.
  3. Your proposal names the plan, the price and the lock. The terms are in section 3B of the service terms.
