Who sets it up?
We do. You send your hours, services and call rules through the setup form, we review it, build the receptionist, place test calls against it, and then you call it yourself. Paid plans include setup done for you. Nothing goes live until you have heard it and approved it, and you turn on forwarding with us on the phone. The full setup flow is here.
Does it work with my existing business number?
Yes, and you do not change it. You keep the number your customers already know. Your carrier or phone system forwards calls to the number we set up for you: all calls, only the calls you don't answer, only after hours, or when you are on another call. How do I cancel?
Tell us by email or phone, or just turn call forwarding off on your phone, which takes about ten seconds on most mobile carriers. Plans are month to month with no setup fee and no cancellation fee. See pricing and the written terms.
How much does it cost?
Free is $0 for 25 real calls a month. Paid plans: Starter $299 for 125 calls, Growth $499 for 275 calls, Scale $999 for 650 calls. On a paid plan, extra calls are billed at your plan's extra-call price (up to 50% more than your included calls). See every plan side by side.
